Upgrade your D10/D100 Series to SkyView - Rebate

Trade-ins:  We appreciate our customer’s return business, and are offering a rebate to customers upgrading the Dynon D10/D100 Series to a SkyView system.

Summary: Trade in your EFIS-D6, EFIS-D10, EFIS-D10A, EFIS-D100, FlightDEK-D180, EMS-D10, EMS-D120, AP-74 and HS34 for a rebate when you purchase a comparable SkyView System. We will rebate 1/2 the list price of the returned products.

Timing:  To be eligible, purchase your new SkyView System by June 30th, 2011, and send in your D10/D100 Series products for the rebate within four months after your SkyView purchase.

Refund Process:
1. Purchase a SkyView System, either directly from us or from an authorized dealer. Save your receipt.

2. Once you have removed your D10/D100Series products from your airplane, package them and send to us. You are responsible for shipping and insuring your products.

3. Please complete this Rebate Form, and include it with your shipment.

4. Include a copy of your SkyView purchase receipt which shows the price you paid, either from us or a dealer.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Rebate Form and a copy of your SkyView receipt MUST be sent back to Dynon.

5. We must receive your D10/D100 Series products, this form, and a copy of your SkyView receipt within four months of your SkyView purchase.

6. Dynon will then send you a check in US$ Dollars according to the trade-in payment schedule shown below.

Offer Details:
1. You may return your Dynon EFIS and/or EMS products as a trade-in for a new SkyView System.

2. This offer does not include minor accessories and consumables, like OAT probes, wiring, and batteries. The complete list that can be exchanged is shown below.

3. The set of products being traded in must go toward a similar SkyView system:
*Trade-in transactions must include the purchase of at least one SkyView display.
*An EFIS product must be traded in toward a system with an AHRS.
*An EMS product must be traded in toward a system with an EMS module.
*A combination EFIS/EMS product must be traded in toward a system with an ADAHRS and EMS module.
*An additional EFIS or EMS product, beyond a first set of EFIS/EMS combination, requires an additional SkyView Display.
*AP74 and HS34 products can be added to any qualifying trade-in for additional credit.

4. You must purchase the SkyView System by June 30th, 2011, to be eligible. You must send in the old equipment, your SkyView receipt, and this form within four months of the SkyView purchase date.
