Dynon Design Notes
Here at Dynon we're proud of the products we make, and we'd like to talk about some of the “behind the scene” work that makes Dynon products better. We spend a lot of time thinking about our products and flying,
and about how we are going to design something before we design it. This process allows us to take the time
to make sure we are creating what the user wants, is safe, and is intuitive to use. We're firm believers that what
Dynon’s customers want is not just a bullet point on a feature list, but are features that are pilot focused, robust,
documented, and reliable.
It takes a lot of thought and research to make a feature “just work”. Features that seem simple often have huge implications and decisions to be made. Throughout this series, we will to share some of the things we're doing at Dynon that help make SkyView the premier EFIS for homebuilt and light sport aircraft.
To start out this series, the topic of the first article explains Synthetic Vision on SkyView, and why terrain data resolution matters..
