Immediate Action

Remove USB Wi-Fi Adapters from affected displays before further flight.

Since this behavior only occurs with Wi-Fi Adapters connected, removing them will prevent the described adverse behaviors from occurring.

Update software per below as soon as practical.

Solution

SkyView System Software Version 16.3.2 and later contains a fix for this problem.

Download and install SkyView System Software version 16.3.2 or later to each affected display.

Once a display is running SkyView 16.3.2 or later, Wi-Fi Adapters can be connected and used.

Time in Effect

This technical service bulletin is in effect indefinitely.
